El cliente quería poder transportar material termosensible y no sensible en el mismo camión sin necesidad de que este estuviese refrigerado. Este contenedor, junto con acumuladores, mantiene una temperatura interior controlada por lo que permite un transporte seguro de productos refrigerado.
The client wanted to transport thermosensible and non-thermosensible products in the same truck without it being refrigerated. This container, along with cold packs, keeps the inner temperature cotrolled what allows a safe transport of refrigerated material.
El contenedor está hecho con paneles de Poliuretano de 60 mm de grosor cubierto por una funda roja.
The container is made with 60 mm thick Polyurethane panels with a red cover bag.
Las bisagras están fijadas en la parte interna de los paneles de PU para que al abrir, las puertas no sobresalgan por los laterales y por lo tanto estas puedan abrirse completamente incluso cuando está dentro del camión.
The hinges are fixed on the internal faces of the PU panels so they don't stand out when opening it. This way, both doors can be completely opened even if the container is inside the truck.
Las dimensiones exteriores del contenedor de PU son de 1200x900x690 mm.
The external dimensions of the PU container are 1200x900x690 mm.
Los paneles tienen un patrón en los bordes para permitir un encaje mejor.
The panels have a pattern on the edges so they fit together easily.
